Welcome! My name is Byron Neuhoff and if you have stumbled across this blog you probably know me and my story. If you are new to me, here is a quick overview. I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and during my college years I fell in love with a Tennessee girl who was the love of my life, Amanda. We were married for 26 years and have four great kids.

Unfortunately, in 2020 Amanda was diagnosed with phase 4 glioblastoma which is a very aggressive brain cancer. After a very positive and courageous fight that only lasted 10 months, Amanda passed away. During her illness, we started a Caring Bridge page (https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/amandaneuhoff) and many people found it to be inspirational.

My sister-in-law, Jennifer, encouraged me to write a book after reading through some of the posts. I told her I only had one topic, Amanda, so my writing career would not go very far. Well, it turns out Amanda still has a lot to say, so I’m starting this blog to help continue all the Big Love that was shared on Caring Bridge. Thank you for taking time to visit and I hope that somewhere along the way, you will smile upon a fond memory of Amanda or perhaps gain some spark of wisdom from a story of hers.

Big Love,

Byron
